A Thermocouple is a sensor used to measure temperature. Thermocouples consist of two wire legs made from dissimilar metals. The wire’s legs are fused and welded together at one end, creating a junction. This junction is placed where the temperature is to be measured. When the junction experiences a change in temperature, a millivoltage is created. The voltage can then be interpreted using thermocouple reference tables to calculate the temperature. the thermocouple is often enclosed in a protective sheath to isolate it from the local atmosphere. This protective sheath drastically reduces the effects of corrosion. Thermocouples are typically selected because of their low cost, high-temperature limits, wide temperature ranges, and durable nature.

Amee Engineers manufactures a complete range of Thermocouples and thermowell to suit the application in the Industries like, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, chemical, power plants, Oil and natural gas, glass, Nuclear, metallurgy industries as per the requirements of the customers. As we have the high qualified in-house Calibration Lab for the testing, on the other hand, our International Industrial Standard equipment to manufacture precise and accurate Thermocouples and Our superior quality of raw material and standard manufacturing procedure encourage us to deliver excellent quality of sensors. In order to fulfill our vision to provide excellent quality of temperature sensors, we have established the Calibration lab name of Amee Calibration. Testing Lab is equipped with the finest and latest testing instruments to meet the international standards also having certified NABL technical staff. Amee designs the Thermocouples for a variety of OEM like Boilers/ Furnaces, Air Drying Plants, Pharmaceutical/Chemical/Power/Plastics machinery manufacturers, and Shipbuilders. We are specialized in custom made and non-standard thermocouple and it’s assemblies.
